Influenced by a 1920s police photo of two known Sydney criminals. Special glass plate photographs were taken to capture how certain known criminals dressed and presented themselves. These photos were displayed in the police station on a wall known as the "Rogues Gallery". This particular image was inscribed Smith and Jones - July 1921.
